Namecheap Black Friday Deals 2026: Domains, Hosting & Promo Tracker

Namecheap logo

Quick answer: Namecheap’s final Black Friday 2026 sale is not yet live as of September 28, 2026. Its dedicated Black Friday page currently says the previous sale is over and directs visitors to current offers. DealFlick is therefore treating this as a Black Friday tracker, not inventing a 2026 discount. Current Namecheap promos include discounts on domains, domain transfers, email and hosting-related products, while the 2025 Black Friday event shows the types of categories Namecheap usually discounts heavily.

Namecheap Black Friday 2026 status

Namecheap maintains a dedicated Black Friday page, but at the time of this update it explicitly states that the deals are over. That means a new 2026 Black Friday campaign has not yet been announced on that page. Publishing a headline such as “99% off Namecheap Black Friday 2026” today would therefore be misleading.

What we can do now is establish a reliable baseline from Namecheap’s live promotions page and compare it with the company’s previous Black Friday structure. When the 2026 event launches, this page can be updated immediately with the official dates, codes and product-level discounts.

Current Namecheap deals before Black Friday

Namecheap’s official promos pages currently show several ongoing offers. These are not Black Friday offers, but they provide a useful comparison point when the seasonal sale launches.

What happened in Namecheap’s previous Black Friday sale?

Namecheap’s 2025 Black Friday “Matrix of Deals” ran for 15 days and covered domains, shared hosting, EasyWP, VPN, marketing tools and design tools. Its press release promoted very large maximum percentage discounts across some categories. Historical offers help us understand which products are likely to be featured again, but they are not evidence of what 2026 pricing will be.

For DealFlick, historical data is used only as context. Once Namecheap publishes 2026 terms, the current sale will replace historical percentages in the main comparison table.

Which Namecheap products should you watch?

1. Domain registrations

Namecheap is best known as a registrar, so domain deals are one of the first categories to monitor. Black Friday domain discounts can vary dramatically by TLD. A huge percentage discount on an inexpensive first year can still be less important than the renewal price, privacy policy and long-term registrar experience.

2. Domain transfers

Transfers can be more valuable than a new registration if you already manage a portfolio elsewhere. Compare transfer cost, whether a renewal year is added, any TLD exclusions and Namecheap’s ongoing renewal rate.

3. Shared hosting

Black Friday hosting discounts can look impressive, but you should compare storage, website limits, backups, SSL, email and renewal pricing. If you plan to run WordPress, compare Namecheap’s shared hosting against EasyWP and against competitors such as Hostinger.

4. EasyWP

EasyWP is Namecheap’s managed WordPress product. Historically it has appeared in Black Friday promotions. Buyers should compare the introductory rate with traffic limits, storage, CDN, backup features and post-promotion pricing.

5. Professional Email

Email offers can be useful for small businesses that already keep domains at Namecheap. Check mailbox storage, number of accounts, annual renewal cost and whether the discounted term matches how long you intend to use the service.

6. SSL and security products

Namecheap regularly promotes SSL and security products. For SSL, first check whether your hosting provider already includes free certificates. Paying for an additional SSL product may be unnecessary for a basic site that is already covered by Let’s Encrypt or another included certificate.

Namecheap Black Friday vs current promos

The correct decision depends on urgency. If you need a domain today, waiting until late November to save a few dollars on the first year may cost you the domain name itself if someone else registers it. Domains are unique inventory; hosting plans are not.

For hosting, email and security products, waiting can be more reasonable if your current service remains active and you expect Namecheap to announce a broader Black Friday campaign. Save the current price now so you can measure whether the seasonal offer is genuinely better.

How to evaluate a Namecheap domain deal

Look beyond year one

Domain promotions usually focus on the first registration year. Renewal can be a much larger part of your five-year cost. For a project you intend to keep, multiply expected renewal years and compare total ownership cost.

Check ICANN and registry fees

Some domain extensions include mandatory registry or ICANN charges. Namecheap’s domain pages explain that certain fees can be added at checkout. The headline domain price is not always the complete amount.

Check privacy eligibility

Namecheap includes domain privacy on many eligible domains, but not every TLD supports the same privacy arrangement. If WHOIS privacy matters, confirm eligibility for the exact extension.

Do not buy a TLD only because it is 90% off

A cheap first year is not a reason to choose a domain extension that is wrong for your brand. Consider memorability, renewal cost, audience trust and how the domain will be used.

Namecheap vs Hostinger for Black Friday

Namecheap and Hostinger overlap in hosting and domains, but they are not identical. Namecheap is especially strong as a registrar and broad web-services marketplace, while Hostinger is currently pushing integrated hosting, website builder, email and AI tools. If you need only a domain, Namecheap may be the more natural comparison. If you need an all-in-one hosting bundle, compare both total first-term and renewal costs.

See Hostinger Black Friday Deals 2026 and our Hosting & Domains Deals category.

Black Friday vs Cyber Monday at Namecheap

Namecheap has historically run promotions across an extended Black Friday/Cyber Monday period rather than treating the two dates as completely separate events. For 2026, we will use Namecheap’s official campaign dates once published. Do not assume Cyber Monday will deliver a lower price on the exact product you want.

Who should watch Namecheap Black Friday?

  • Domain buyers with several names to register.
  • Domain investors planning transfers or renewals.
  • Small businesses buying domain + email together.
  • WordPress users considering EasyWP.
  • Site owners comparing shared hosting and security products.

How DealFlick verifies Namecheap offers

We check the official Namecheap Black Friday page, current promos page, product pages and public sale announcements. We separate active 2026 promos from historical Black Friday discounts so old sale numbers are not presented as current.

Namecheap Black Friday 2026 FAQs

Is Namecheap Black Friday 2026 live yet?

Not yet as of September 28, 2026. Namecheap’s dedicated Black Friday page says the previous deals are over and points visitors to current offers.

Does Namecheap run Black Friday sales?

Yes. Namecheap ran a large multi-category Black Friday event in 2025 covering domains, hosting, WordPress, VPN and marketing tools.

Are current Namecheap promos the same as Black Friday?

No. Monthly and ongoing promos should be treated separately from an officially announced Black Friday campaign.

Should I wait to register a domain?

If the exact domain is important, usually not. A domain can be registered by someone else while you wait. For replaceable products such as hosting, waiting can be more practical.

Will DealFlick update this page when the sale launches?

Yes. The purpose of this page is to track the live 2026 Black Friday campaign and replace historical context with official current terms when announced.

DealFlick verdict

Namecheap is worth monitoring for Black Friday because it has historically discounted a very broad range of web products. But today’s correct status is “tracker,” not “live Black Friday sale.” Current Namecheap deals can still be worthwhile—especially for a domain you need immediately—but Black Friday buyers should save today’s baseline and compare it with the official November campaign.
